The Avengers UK

This is sort of funny, but - pfff - couldn't whoever came up with it find at least one female character? There's a fair bit of choice, surely.

Obviously, Harry should be replaced with Hermione. And maybe include Patsy from Absolutely Fabulous.

To a Brit of a certain age, The Avengers will always be Diana Rigg, Honor Blackman and Patrick Macnee.

I agree it needs a female character but Im surprised John Luthor isnt included.

Deinitely needs Steed and Emma Peel, possibly Mother in the Nick Fury role. And Quatermass needs to be in there.

For a British X-Men we can have The Tomorrow People.

There is already a Brit equivalent - the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen

Yeah, the League.

But otherwise, Margaret Thatcher should be there.
